Last week, I didn’t understand part of my English homework. I tried to read it, but I was confused. The next day, I stayed after class and said, “Can you help me, please?” My teacher smiled and said, “Of course!” She explained the grammar step by step. She used simple words and gave examples. I finally understood. I said, “Thank you so much!” She said, “Good job for asking.” I was happy I spoke up. Asking for help is not a bad thing. It shows you want to learn. Now I always ask when I don’t understand.
