Every day, I wake up at 5:30 a.m. The room is still quiet, and the sun hasn’t risen yet. I turn off my alarm, stretch my arms, and sit up in bed. I enjoy this peaceful moment—it’s my favorite time of day.
I wash my face, brush my teeth, and drink a glass of water. Then, I do a short workout—just 10 minutes of stretching and jumping jacks. After that, I sit with a notebook and write down my goals for the day. Sometimes, I read a few pages from an English book to improve my vocabulary.
Getting up early is not always easy. Some mornings, I feel tired. But I remind myself: “The earlier I start, the more I can do.” I used to sleep late and rush in the morning. I missed the bus, forgot things, and felt stressed. Now, I feel calm and ready.
Waking up early gives me time for myself. It helps me focus and plan my day. I even have time to prepare a healthy breakfast—usually eggs, toast, and tea.
If you want to change your life, try getting up just 30 minutes earlier. Use that time to do something for yourself—read, write, stretch, or learn English. Little habits create big change.
