After dinner, I put on my pajamas.
I brush my teeth and wash my face.
Then I pick a book and crawl into bed.
Mom reads me a story with a soft voice.
My eyes get heavy, and I start to yawn.
I snuggle under the blanket and hug my teddy bear.
The room is quiet, and the lights are low.
I yawn again and close my eyes.
Mom kisses my forehead and says, “Good night.”
Yawning means it’s time to dream sweet dreams.
