Last week, I made a big mistake in class. I said “He go to school” instead of “He goes to school.” My teacher corrected me, and I felt a little shy. But then she said, “It’s okay. We learn from mistakes.” I smiled and repeated the sentence correctly. Later, I wrote it many times in my notebook. Now, I always remember to add “-s” for he, she, or it. Mistakes help me grow. I don’t feel afraid anymore. I know every mistake is a chance to learn something new. That day, I became a better English learner.
