I was trying to make a card for Mom, but my glue wouldn’t stick at all!
No matter how hard I pressed, the paper kept falling off and sliding around.
I got frustrated and made a funny face, hoping the glue would listen.
Then Mom came over and showed me a trick—she said, “Try a little less glue and hold it tight.”
I did exactly that, and finally, the paper stayed in place like magic.
We finished the card together, adding sparkles and hearts all over.
Mom smiled and said, “Sometimes, patience is the best glue.”
I learned that day that even sticky problems can have simple solutions.
