Last night, while I was watching TV, the lights went out. Everything was dark and quiet. I said, “What happened?” My mom said, “The power is out.” We used candles and flashlights. My dad checked outside, but the whole street had no power. We sat in the living room and told funny stories. My little sister brought her teddy bear and sat next to me. It was a little scary, but also fun. After one hour, the lights came back. We cheered and clapped. I will always remember that night. Sometimes, no electricity can bring the family closer.
