Last night, I ate too much pizza and ice cream. After dinner, my stomach hurt a lot. I lay on the sofa and held my belly. I said, “Why did I eat so much?” My mom gave me warm water and said, “Next time, eat slowly and not too much.” I rested for an hour, and the pain went away. Today, I ate less and felt fine. I learned that eating too fast or too much can hurt. Now I eat slowly and listen to my body. A full stomach is not always a happy one!
