I started a new habit: exercising every morning. I wake up at 6:30 a.m. and do simple stretches, push-ups, and jumping jacks. I move for 15 minutes and listen to music. After exercising, I drink water and take a shower. I feel more awake and happy. My body feels stronger, and I have more energy. Some days, I feel lazy, but I still try. Now, exercise is part of my routine. It helps my mind and body. I tell my friends, “Just a little every day makes a big difference.” I’m proud of this healthy habit.
