I used to drink only one or two glasses of water a day. I felt tired and got headaches. Then I read that drinking more water is good for your body. Now, I carry a water bottle everywhere. I try to drink at least eight glasses each day. I feel better, and my skin looks healthier. I also snack less and feel full longer. It’s a small change, but it really helps. I remind myself by setting alarms on my phone. Drinking water is simple, free, and very good for health. I will keep doing it every day.
