Last month, I stayed up late every night watching videos. I felt tired during the day and had trouble waking up. I decided to change. Now, I try to sleep by 10 p.m. I turn off my phone, read a book, and drink warm tea. I fall asleep faster. In the morning, I feel fresh and ready. Sleeping early helps my body and my brain. I get more work done and feel less stressed. It was hard at first, but now I love going to bed early. Good sleep is the best start to a good day.
