I started a new bedtime routine. At 9 p.m., I turn off the TV. I take a warm shower and brush my teeth. Then I read a book or listen to soft music. I turn off bright lights and use a small lamp. I go to bed at 10 p.m. Before, I stayed up late and felt tired in the morning. Now I sleep better. I wake up early and feel fresh. A good bedtime routine helps my body and mind rest.
