Today, I felt sleepy after lunch. I went to the sofa and took a short nap. I set an alarm for 20 minutes. I closed my eyes and rested. When the alarm rang, I felt better. My head was clear, and my body felt light. A short nap gives me energy. I can work better and think clearly. I don’t nap every day, but sometimes I need it. It’s not lazy—it’s smart.
