My sister loves trying new recipes. Every weekend, she looks up a new dish online. Sometimes it is pasta, sometimes curry, sometimes cookies. She reads the recipe carefully, writes down the ingredients, and goes shopping. Then she spends the whole afternoon in the kitchen, listening to music and cooking with joy. Some recipes turn out great. Others need a little work. But she always smiles and says, “I learned something new!” I admire her because she’s not afraid to fail. Trying new recipes helped her become a better cook and a more confident person. Watching her also helps me learn English food words and kitchen verbs. Her cooking inspires me to try new things too—even outside the kitchen.
