In my family, dinner is an important time. Every evening, we all sit at the table and eat together. No phones, no TV—just us and our meal. My mom usually cooks, and we help set the table. We pass the dishes, talk about our day, and share stories. Sometimes, we laugh. Sometimes, we listen quietly. It’s not about fancy food. Sometimes we eat rice and vegetables, sometimes noodles or soup. What matters is that we’re together. When I was younger, I didn’t understand why it was so important. But now I see—eating together makes us feel close. It gives us a chance to connect and care. I hope to keep this habit when I have a family of my own.
