Today was a long day at work. I had meetings, phone calls, and lots of emails. At 5:30 p.m., I finally shut down my computer. I stretched and walked outside. The sky was blue, and the air was fresh. I bought a cold drink and sat on a bench. I listened to music and closed my eyes for a minute. The break helped me relax. After a long day, a short rest feels great. Work is important, but taking care of myself is important too. I’ll rest tonight and be ready for tomorrow.
