Every weekday, after school, my younger sister and I rush home. We throw our bags on the couch, change our clothes, and grab snacks—usually chips or fruit. Then, we turn on the TV. It’s our favorite part of the day. We don’t watch anything serious. Usually, it’s cartoons or funny shows. We laugh, talk, and sometimes argue about what to watch next. This routine started when we were kids, and even now, it continues. My mom used to say, “Don’t watch too much TV!” But she saw how happy it made us. It’s more than just watching something—it’s our time together. We feel relaxed and close. Sometimes, we even practice English by repeating lines from the show. It’s fun and useful. Watching TV may seem lazy, but for us, it’s a happy little habit that helps us feel connected, laugh, and learn without stress.
