Yesterday, I got lost in the city. I needed to find the train station. I saw a woman and said, “Excuse me, where is the train station?” She smiled and said, “Go straight, then turn left. It’s near the bank.” I said, “Thank you so much!” She said, “You’re welcome!” I followed her directions and found the station in five minutes. I felt proud because I used English. Asking for help is okay. People are often happy to give directions. Now, I feel more confident to speak when I need help.
